Milagro Verde (Green Miracle) has taken the most practical components of going green and applied them to luxury homes on “right sized” homesites. This community, nestled in between the 8th and 9th hole of the golf course and only a two-minute walk from the beach, uses solar panel powered homes (no electrical bill!), geothermal cooling, grey water reuse, and solar hot water systems to create luxury homes that are very low impact on the environment.
