Dear Friend,

Many folks wonder if there are hidden or secret techniques that the “Top 1%” of earners use to create wealth and how they always seemingly come out on top– generation after generation. I’ve discovered one of the reasons that they do, and I’m going to share it with you today.

Ahhhh…Who doesn’t love a wonderful and robust cup of joe? The Costa Rican coffee is absolutely superb and our blogger Jamie Cain can attest to that. She visited Costa Rica for the first time a couple of years ago and has many fond memories of the incredible country. The Costa Rican Coffee is definitely one for the books.

If you’re like me, you look forward to winter and welcome the snow days heartily! However, after a while of staying indoors and watching movies, or doing projects around the house gets a bit old. One of my favorite ways to escape the cold is to head to Ambergris Caye with my family. For those who haven’t visited the island before, High Season is a perfect time on the Caye as there is little to no rain, no humidity, and no mosquitos. If you haven’t already booked your island getaway, there’s still time and no time like the present.

Are you packing for a trip to Ambergris Caye this winter? If so, be sure to check out these five restaurants and bars that made it to the top of our list. The menu items are made fresh daily and so delicious. They certainly have my vote!

Those of you who have traveled to or lived in Nicaragua are aware that the country has an abundance of natural beauty. In 1971, Nicaragua adopted the Sacuanjoche (Plumeria rubra) as their national flower. There are many different varieties of gorgeous Sacuanjoche, and all are absolutely stunning.

Along with an abundance of natural beauty, Nicaragua also has a truly fascinating heritage and history. For example, did you know it has over 500 miles of beautiful coastline and 21 volcanoes? Fascinating indeed!

On behalf of my family and all of us at ECI Development, we wish you a very blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!

Until next time,

” ECI is just a solid, wholesome company. You meet the founders, and the people, and they’re just happy. You know anything Mike Cobb tells you, you can take to the bank. It’s like your brother telling you, or even better. This is my first trip to Gran Pacifica, and it just feels like home the moment you get here. Very comfortable, just like old time United States. It has the sense of community that people lost in the US, and I think that’s the most important thing. You really can’t put a dollar value on it, but you know it when you see it, and it’s here.

Coming from a construction background, I can see that everything here is built to last, and there are a lot of little details that were thought of. Looking at the growth here, it really seems to be a solid investment, and it’s also just such a great atmosphere. It’s hard to put words to. It’s really the whole mix of things, trustworthy, common sense people, great climate, real community, and sensible growth. Mike Cobb is a person with a dream, and he’s really making that dream happen here. That’s something you don’t find every day.”
