The Investment

An investment into the holding company is an investment into all of the holdings of ECI Development.  There are currently eight primary companies for the implementation of the projects and to develop the assets.  However, the ROI projections in this business plan only flow from real estate sales.  All profits from any of the other businesses, some of which could be substantial, are not factored into his business plan and would be above and beyond those listed here.   Additionally, all returns and dividends paid to date are only from one company (GPR) and as we begin to sell real estate in Belize and Costa Rica, these ROI numbers will likely increase.
